Lucky Loot Rewards – Rules & Terms
- Loot point values for items may change at any time without notice.
- Loot points must be applied during checkout when placing an order.

If you place an order for an item without having enough loot points to cover the cost, we reserve the right to cancel the order or collect the remaining loot point balance from future points you earn. If you do not earn enough loot points within 60 days to cover it, we will send an invoice for payment for the remaining cost of the item shipped.

If an item is listed with an incorrect loot point price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Any loot points used for that order will be refunded to your account.

All loot point redemptions are final. No returns or refunds will be issued for redeemed items. The only exception is if an item arrives damaged, in which case you should contact Jenn via text 919-646-9696.
